11月9日,由国网陕西省电力有限公司牵头,联合河南平高电气股份有限公司等单位研制的800千伏/80千安大容量断路器通过技术鉴定,达到国际领先水平。
在开发800千伏/80千安断路器过程中,项目面临短路电流能量提升60%、恢复电压上升率提高27%、核心部件耐烧蚀性能大幅提升等挑战。团队创新建立全开断过程高精度仿真模型,搭建国际先进电弧测量系统,精准掌握高电压大电流电弧特性,成功研制国际首台800千伏/80千安双断口灭弧室。同时,首创耐烧蚀石墨烯触头材料,满足20次电寿命要求;优化操动机构与缓冲结构,突破大容量开断协同技术难关。
“新产品性能参数国际领先,且尺寸与现有设备一致,可直接替换升级,大幅提升电网增容改造效率与经济性。”国网陕西电力首席专家盛勇表示。该断路器投运后将显著增强西北电网应对极端短路电流能力,保障能源集群外送网架安全稳定,为中国主干电网提供强有力装备支撑。
China Achieves Major Breakthrough in Ultra-High Voltage Circuit Breaker Technology with World's First800 kV/80 kA Circuit Breaker
On November9,the800 kV/80 kA large-capacity circuit breaker,jointly developed by State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company Limited,Henan Pinggao Electric Co.,Ltd.,and other partners,successfully completed a technical evaluation,reaching a world-leading standard。
During the development of the800 kV/80 kA circuit breaker,the project faced challenges such as a60 percent increase in short-circuit current energy,a27 percent rise in recovery voltage rate,and a significant improvement in the ablation resistance of key components.The team innovatively established a high-precision simulation model for the full switching process,built a state-of-the-art arc measurement system to accurately characterize high-voltage,high-current arcs,and successfully developed the world's first800 kV/80 kA dual-breaker and arc-quenching chamber.In addition,they pioneered ablation-resistant graphene contact materials to meet a20-cycle electrical lifespan and optimized the operating mechanism and buffer structures,overcoming critical challenges in high-capacity switching coordination。
"The new circuit breaker achieves world-leading performance specifications while maintaining the same dimensions as current equipment,enabling direct replacement and upgrades and markedly improving the efficiency and economic viability of grid expansion projects,"said Sheng Yong,Chief Expert of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company Limited.Upon commissioning,the device will significantly strengthen the Northwest Power Grid's capacity to cope with extreme short-circuit currents,safeguard the stability of energy cluster transmission networks,and offer robust equipment support to China's main power grid。
